Colissimo service of the Post Office. Free delivery from 60 euros of purchase. Below 60€ of order, the delivery costs 5 euros and you are delivered in 2 days after dispatch.
Colissimo International service of the Post Office. Free delivery from 60 euros of purchase for the countries of the European community. Below 60€ of order, the delivery costs 10 euros for the European Union and you are delivered in 2 to 6 days after dispatch (the deadlines can be extended for the rest of the world). For the rest of the world, the delivery price is 25 euros.
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are sent the same day. After 12:00 p.m., orders are processed the next day at the latest.
Once your order has been placed, Misericordia will provide you with a tracking number corresponding to your package. Just go to colissimo.fr and enter this number.
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
Returns and exchanges are free within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and get: 1) a reusable credit for new purchases , 2) a different product , or 3) a refund issued to the original method of payment.
Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must include their labels and be in their original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your prepaid return label. Just print it out and stick it on the package to be returned. The package can then be dropped off at a post office.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your article to: Misericordia 97 rue Oberkampf, 75011 Paris, France.
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
