Alpaca is an animal that comes from the highlands of South America. Its soft coat gives it a perfect protection against the extreme temperatures of the mountains of the Andes Cordillera

It is from nature, urban life and art that Aurelyen gets his inspiration, travelling between Lima and Paris. Misericordia’s designs are unique and full of stories.

At Misericordia we work with our hands, our spirit and our heart, "manos, espiritu y corazon". Our stylist, Aurelyen, finds its inspiration there, in Lima, Peru. There exists a specific sensory experience that holds the promise of both a new contemporary Latin world and a new life for individuals and the community.

Misericordia describes her style as “refined minimalism”, so fresh, light and perfectly relaxed. Simple designs, hand craft and premium yarn… The brand plays around with basic silhouettes, but always adds her own personal touch to old classics.

Excellent natural fibers play a key role and are the starting point of each Misericordia’s design.
